Carolina in the Fall™ presented by Wilkes Communications, Inc. announced today the addition of the “Carolina Celebration” to close out the first day of this year’s festival on Friday night, September 25, 2015. The “Celebration” will be hosted by the Kruger Brothers and will include some of the brightest stars from the bands that perform during the festival. Song selections will include long time Kruger Brothers favorites and will focus on bringing the songs of the Carolinas to life.
Members of Rhonda Vincent and the Rage, Balsam Range, The Barefoot Movement and Zoe and Cloyd and others will be joining the Kruger Brothers. Michelle Isom, Festival Director says, “This will be a wonderful way to close out the first day of this new festival. The purpose of Carolina in the Fall is to celebrate the season, the culture and our region of North Carolina and this collaboration of artists will do all of those things.”

Carolina in the Fall™ is making its’ festival debut this year in Downtown Wilkesboro on September 25th and 26th. Artists scheduled to perform are the Kruger Brothers, Rhonda Vincent and the Rage, Balsam Range, The Secret Sisters, Mipso, The Barefoot Movement, Lindsay Lou and the Flatbellys, The Snyder Family Band, Zoe and Cloyd and many more.
Each evening of the festival, VIP ticket holders will be treated to the Carolina Jam™ at the Yadkin Valley Event Center at the Wilkesboro Holiday Inn Express. This once in a lifetime band jam experience is scheduled to begin each evening at 10:00 and conclude at Midnight.
Included in the Festival is the first annual Carolina in the Fall Food Truck Championship. Food trucks from around the State will converge on Main Street to feed festival goers and compete for the $500 first prize and the championship trophy. Additionally, local wineries and craft beer brewers will be onsite to serve attendees some of their best beverages.
